A public request does not create an engagement, reserve capacity, promise a deliverable or provide analytical services. If Kebunexori and a client choose to work together, scope, fees, access, data handling, responsibilities, confidentiality, intellectual property, acceptance and change terms will be established in a separate written agreement.
The Kebunexori name, original copy, visual identity and website assets are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Substantial copying, resale, republication or adaptation requires prior written permission.
