The public request form may receive a name, email address, selected starting point and the context a visitor chooses to provide. Do not include credentials, personal records, customer exports, regulated information, private reports or other confidential material through this form.
How information is used
Information received through a public request may be used to understand the stated question, respond to the request and keep an appropriate administrative record. It is not sold, rented or used to make automated consequential decisions about an individual.
Retention and sharing
Information is retained only for a period reasonably necessary for the enquiry and any related administrative record, unless a longer period is required by applicable law. It may be shared with infrastructure or communication providers only where needed to operate the website or response process and subject to appropriate obligations.
