This public library accepts no payments, orders or automatic reservations. A paid analytical engagement begins only after the relevant parties agree a separate written scope and commercial arrangement.

Effective 22 September 2026. This page describes general handling of changes, cancellations and refunds for separately agreed paid work.
Changes and scheduling
If a paid session or project is agreed, changes and rescheduling are handled according to its written terms. Raising a change early gives both parties room to distinguish completed work, work in progress, access changes and a useful handoff.
Cancellation
Any cancellation request is governed by the written terms for the specific engagement. The appropriate approach may depend on scope, completed materials, approved expenses, access, confidential information and the condition of the work at the time of the request.
Refunds
Refund questions concern the terms of a specific paid engagement, not this public website. Where applicable, the written agreement should explain payment timing, completed work and the process for considering a proportionate resolution.
