A COUNTERWEIGHT LIBRARY FOR DECISION WORK

Keep the
evidence close
to the question.

Kebunexori helps teams make business intelligence useful before it becomes loud. We gather the evidence, name its limits and leave a more responsible question beside the decision it is meant to inform.

02 / INDEX CARDS

What needs a
more careful
reading?

Choose an index card to frame the current need. These are openings for a conversation, not claims about a single right metric or a fixed business answer.

COUNTERWEIGHT NOTE

A decision has more confidence than its evidence can carry

Start by tracing how the decision became persuasive. A useful counterweight may be a missing definition, a selection condition, a time boundary or a person whose experience is not represented in the available record.

THE WORK STARTS WITH A RECORD THAT CAN BE RE-READ.

03 / EVIDENCE SHELF

Do not ask a
number to carry
the whole story.

Evidence has a setting: how it was recorded, who or what appears in it, when it was gathered and what it cannot distinguish. The shelf makes those conditions available before a conclusion is treated as a direction.

  • RECORD What observation is actually present?
  • CONDITION What shaped its availability or meaning?
  • COUNTERREAD What else could the same record suggest?

04 / COUNTER-READING

Place a question
beside the
answer.

Select a counter-reading card. The purpose is not to dismiss evidence; it is to make a decision more proportionate to what the evidence can and cannot say.

05 / QUESTION RIBBON

WHO IS PRESENT?WHAT CHANGED?WHAT DOES THE RECORD MISS?WHO READS IT NEXT?
Abstract coloured data materials

A decision can be concise without pretending the work was simple.

06 / FIELD ESSAY

Make the path
from detail to
decision visible.

Business intelligence becomes more useful when its audience can see the path from source to reading and from reading to a bounded decision. That path can hold uncertainty, constraints and a next person without becoming a dense technical report.

THE NEXT READER SHOULD SEE THE CONDITIONS, NOT ONLY THE CONCLUSION.

07 / SCORECARD PANTRY

A score is a
starting point
for attention.

Change the reading lens to see how a scorecard can invite a different responsible question. These prompts are planning aids, not benchmarks or guarantees.

08 / DECISION SLIPS

Give the decision
a small, clear
companion.

Choose a slip to change the question. The grid is deliberately made of words rather than invented results: it is a way to make the next evidence conversation specific.

DECISION / What can be decided now, and what deserves a later evidence check instead?

09 / QUESTION LIBRARY

Questions that
should stay
within reach.

Kebunexori can support analytical discovery, metric definition, reporting design, business-intelligence review, decision framing and communication of evidence to a non-specialist audience. The appropriate scope depends on the decision and materials involved. It does not assume that every question calls for a new dashboard, a predictive model or a complete data-platform programme.

Yes, where a review can begin with a clear question. That may involve examining the decision the dashboard is expected to inform, its measures and definitions, the form of its explanations, the people who use it and the conditions under which it becomes misleading or hard to maintain. A review does not make a blanket claim that a report is accurate, complete or suitable for every purpose.

Do not share private data, credentials, personal records, customer exports, regulated information or confidential business material through the public enquiry form. If work proceeds, access boundaries, data handling, security expectations and responsibilities should be established in a separate written agreement appropriate to the context. This website does not offer a compliance or security certification.

A focused question is enough: the decision being considered, the kind of evidence available, where confidence or disagreement has emerged and what a useful next conversation would change. You do not need to provide a full data inventory. Please avoid confidential details in the public form; a concise context lets the first conversation stay proportionate.

Bring the
decision to the
reading room.

Describe the question or decision you want to examine. This is an enquiry only; it does not reserve services, process payment or create a working agreement.
